I like the Purple Pig for ribs - don't know if they are in T.O. though. There is one in Aurora and one in Barrie, that I know of.

Try Montana's. Someone told me they are good there, but i have not tried myself.

The best ribs I've ever eaten were at the Dinosaur BBQ in Rochester. Unfortunately, the ferry has stopped running.

I've had some great ribs at RD's Ribs, formerly Red Devil Barbecue & Grill.

So is that an invite for Baroness only or for all of us because, either way, you'll get the crap beaten out of you.
I wouldn't mind meeting some people here (*hmm trying to think who?*), but my guess is you are right. There are many that would like to do that.
Although a spanking from the Baroness might be fun. I wonder if she barders? Some succulent, juicy, fall of the bone ribs in return for some spanking?...well on second thought...maybe not...

How about some strap-on action?

If any of you decide to roadtrip down to Rochester for the Dinosaur BBQ, let me know and I'll meet you there. Yes, Dinosaur rules when it comes to ribs. You can buy the sause they use to bring home and do your own ribs. A friend of mine did this last summer, while we were camped out. Ate til stuffed...nothing better. I think the Keg has ribs too, but I've not tried them...Maybe next time I'm in Niagara Falls....

Back in the early 80s, when I lived in TO, there was a place called Mickey's Ribs which was EXCELLENT take out -- my only complaint with them was that they served french fries instead of potato salad with ribs.

(Being from the Detroit area, this really freaked me out!)

If Mickey's Ribs is still around, I recommend that. If not, I recommend my husband's barbecue ribs (in Ottawa).
