That was a ridiculous show put on by a bunch of feminist church ladies. It should be legal to trade sex for rent and then they wouldn't have to speak in code. They could be up front about it and consenting adults go about their business. I like the CBC but this show was the reason many don't.
I say it's all about efficiency and cutting out the middleman. I mean, what, take the $ from a SugarDaddy to pay your rent or just go get the place direct from a "SD" (of sorts...)
