Who can delete threads and posts?

I posted a message in a thread an hour or 2 ago and the post is gone as is the thread. Can anyone other than mods delete my posts?

The original poster can delete the entire thread, as far as I know.

With in a few hours, after that only a mod can edit or delete a post/thread.

If a thread disappears the subject matter or something in the thread was deemed inappropriate and it was deleted. Never repost if what you posted has been deleted. As I said only a mod can delete.

...and there you have it. Heed the good advice given here about deleted posts as well.

I did not say anything that was offensive, I would love to know if it was the Mod(s) or the OP who deleted the thread, I'm assuming it was the OP.
