Why bother?

I do realize that this is the political arm of this board, I do have one question.
Why does any sane rational person bother to respond to any of the posts from Cinelli, Gryfin, Persis (who is still looking for Persia on a map),and Scouser 1. or any of the other brilliant minds who are just as ignorant.

Their hatred of all things Israel and/or Jewish is so out of whack with reality that to try and discuss anything rationally is a waste of time. They will never ever change their points of view, and if anything only become more hysterical in their viewpoints.

After having said this, I must admit that I do derive a perverse amount of pleasure from reading their posts. It just goes to show how warped everyone who spends even a minute on this board is deranged in some manner.

Personally, I much prefer to read SP reviews so when I get to visit your illustrious city of Toronto, I have a much better chance of enjoying some recreational activity.

I do know that I will probably get slagged from all sides with this post, but personally I don't give a s____.

So in summation, the only advice I could give to everyone who tries to debate with the aforementioned twits, good luck, because you are fighting a loosing battle. These morons wouldn't know civility if it hit them on the head.

Isn't it interesting to see who has posted on this thread, or should I say who has not posted on this thread.
Something tells me if I had put any of the dimwits handles in the title originally, it might have had a different result in terms of who has posted.
In a way I really do feel sorry for these people. To go through life with so much hate, anger, revenge, and retribution flowing through their veins, must be emotionally difficult. Do any of these contributer even have a life, or is it spent searching the internet for more garbage to spew on this board.

Really, anyone in their right mind does not want to see missles,rockets and bombs flying back and forth, but it will continue to happen in perpetuity as long as jihads and religious rule dictate the lay of the Arab world.

I will say that what really gets to me is that Israel has indeed become a warrior nation, something I believe was the furthest from their ideals when Israel did become a nation. Remember, at the time of its birth, the recent memory of the War in Europe would have been enough to want to go in a different direction. Jewish people have been the scapegoat for centuries, and when for the first time they stand up and truely defend themselves, they have at times become no better than their enemies.

I am quite positive that given the opportunity to lay down their arms, and never have to fire a gun again, they would be extatic. Of course, that would be seen as an act of weakness on their neighbours.

Really the only solution for the middle east to come to peace is for Israel to cease to exist. Of course then they would have to sort out their own problems and without a common enemy they would have to turn their weapons on themselves. O I forgot, they already have. OOPS. or was the Iran/Iraq war just a practice field for them, so they could perfect how to kill in large quantities.

Free speech is what makes our country of Canada great. I wonder if any of these nitwits understand this. They constantly tell of the great civilizations of the Middle East, how wonderful they are, but if that is so true, why do they chose to live in North America. Could you imagine a board like this having a presence in Iran, Syria, or Palastine. Holy Jihad Batman.

The Jewish business was advertising that they would rather do business with 100 Arabs than with 1 Jew. Of course the advertiser was a mortician.

As for my stance on the Palestine/Israel issue, my whole thing is that for the past 60 years the Palestinians have gotten screwed, from Israel, the West, their own leadership, other Arab nations etc etc check out my other postings I have bashed the Syrian government that committed atrocities in Lebanon and against their own people, the way Saudi Arabia is run as a feudal theocracy or Iran as a fascist oligarchy, its not all about Israel.
