Why is www.terb.ca offline?

Why is https://terb.cc offline?

What is the problem with terb.. I can get it with this IP 209.29.131.76 but not with domain name https://terb.cc

without the www you can get in. Just key in https://terb.cc

https://terb.cc & https://terb.cc is working

The DNS was just changed over on Monday, and it usually takes a good 48 hours before the change is seen by all ISP`s in the world.

I would suspect by tommorw morning https://terb.cc would be working fine for all who can not see it now.

Strangely, I had the same problem at the time when I had have to reinstall my OS, and my DNS and my ISP DNS both could not find the https://terb.cc, then I had tried the root of ca domain without any lucks. As result of this, I could not read it for three days. It was very sad, if I only remembered or wrote down the IP address.
