Ever wonder why they call it a blow job rather than a suck job or a mouth job?

And yes, I don't have anything more important to think off!!!!

I asked that very same question a year or two ago, and Luv4lust kindly informed me,
that it is because in the end, mr Happy blows.

copy/paste from another site...makes sense thou...:D

the term comes from Victorian England. Remember that at that time folks would refer to women of questionable character as "blowsy?" (Think about literature you've read.) Well, "blow" was slang for ejaculate. So, getting a blow job meant creating an ejactuation in the man. Thus, "blow job" is from the masculine perspective of what happens to the man (rather than some odd, ineffective action on the part of the partner). Once again, the masculine bias reigns!

First week in the freshman coed dorm ....walking down the hall at 2 am....pass by a buddy's door and hear him say:

"Suck stupid, blow's just an expression"

Needless to say I burst out laughing which cost him his blowjob - whether it was a bad one or not he was pissed. It took him 2 years to get even but that's another story...

Another stupid question: do woman enjoy giving a blow job or they just do it to please the man?
