I heard he is not eligible for minimum security, so his best bet would be a medium security jail somewhere in the states. I don't think he will get off that easily.

He's 6+ plus tall. So I imagine alot of dudes will stay away from him (under 6ft) and most dudes, anyways.

Canada has agreements with many countries , USA for sure , that allows citizens to return to their own country to serve out a sentence . If he requests it , he can probably serve any sentence in Canada or possibly Britain .

Black is no big deal in the states, as for the Club Fed arguement, that is for the hardened criminals who have been there all their lives. If you, I, or Black go to any prison, it is pure hell.

Black is not eligible for minimum security in the US because he is not a US citizen. He will serve his time in a barred cell and will have to actually work (eg. wash dishes, deliver mail). He is not eligible to serve his sentence in Canada because he is not a Canadian citizen. The UK does not have a prisoner exchange agreement with the US, so matters between those two countries are handled on a case-by-case basis. Since Black does not actually live in the UK, it is highly unlikely the US will allow him to serve his sentence in the UK.

Because he is a convicted criminal and is not a Canadian citizen, he may not be allowed back into Canada while he awaits his sentencing.

As for the question asked in the title in this thread, Lord Black of Crossharbour will spend a lot of money hiring fellow inmates to protect him from other inmates.
