Windows XP Sp2 best place to buy

Does anyone know where the cheapest place to buy Windows xp sp2 ? in the gta area?

Cheapest price is when it is bundled with a computer package. approx. $110

But some places will bend that rule. I purchased an empty case from Tiger Direct and got the Windows XP at the bundled price.
