The witnesses all made their stuff up, they all said he was hit by the vehicle, which he wasn't. If a meth head is breaking into my vehicle with my kid inside I'd shoot him too. Totally justified shooting.

Witnesses always make stuff up, don't they. That's why most of these cases need "smoking gun" video to get much traction. If it's only contemporaneous eyewitness accounts die hard cop defenders are going to chant "fake news" Never bring windshield wipers to a gun fight...
