well given that something like 95% of email traffic is now spam, it appears that these people are at risk of choking the net with garbage. [ugh bad].

what would happen if the top 10 or maybe the top 100 spammers simply vanished??? gone, poof! i think it would be like upgrading the internet backbone heavily at no cost.
