...if there was no leak, there was no leak.

Besides, pregnancy is NOT easy - even when you are trying. You'd have to be QUITE "unlucky" to hit a homer with just two swings while wearing a condom...

Maybe I am being a bit paranoid here, but isn't it possible that during round 1 that when the condom was a bit loose after I came, I could have "forced" the sperm from the end of the condom to the base opening while I kept pumping away?

Likely - no.

I agree with others - she probably just came (and had fun!). In any case, the condoms were likely coated with a spermicide thus lessening even further the already remote likelyhood of one of the boys making it loose.
