More fun than the best song lyrics, IMO.

Perhaps the worst of all time would be those in "Tell Laura I Love Her". That would be closely followed by "Sometimes When We Touch" by Dan Hill (aka Down Hill).

Then there is "Old Shep", sung by Elvis and others. My favorite part:

"Now Sheppie has gone where the good doggies go
And no more with Old Shep will I roam
But, if dogs have a heaven, then somewhere I know
Old Shep has a wonderful home."

Makes me gag just writing it down.

Also, the verse in "Ruby" by Kenny Rogers:

I know I will get stoned for this, but one of the songs I love to hate is John Lennon's Imagine. (I was a big fan of Lennon, BTW.) Every time I hear it, I cannot help but hear:

"Imagine all the money
John Lennon made from this song
...."

Maybe so. I love the music, but the words make me sick. John Lennon with the Beatles, though, was one of my favourite artists.

I always thought that No Doubt's line that goes "Don't tell me cause it hurts" and that whiny voice singing, was bad. It almost makes me laugh.
And Superman Song by that Canadian group. Where the guy just sings "Mmmm MMMMM MMMMM MMMMMM
MMMMMMMM MMMM MMMMmMm" so annoying and his voice I can't stand.
And Nickelback from this year. "I like your pants around your feet." That line almost makes me laugh too. I think it's a stupid line.
