Boy did you peg it there!

"Firefly" -- mainly for forcing the incomplete cancellation of "Dark Angel". Why anyone ever thought you could really base a series on Roddenberry's "wagontrain to the stars" pitch (used to sell Star Trek) is beyond me!

The entire slew of made for TV "movies" on SciFi that sucked the budget that was to be used to wind up "Farscape".

Any sports event that interrupts normal programming.

Any televangelist who buys out normal programming slots in mid-season.
