Has anyone else, who is using Yahoo email, noticed a significant delay (sometimes hours) when receiving email from hotmail accounts?

I've been experiencing this the last few weeks at least.

I received today an email I sent myself as a copy yesterday evening. It's a real nightmare (and I'm paying for it).

Yahoo has been doing lots of upgrades lately.
Have noticed there is a difference between the US (.com) and Canadian (.ca) versions of Yahoo. The US version seems to run better than the Canadian version. My US Yahoo email seldom bogs down while the CA Yahoo email seems quirky at times.
Try switching to the US side, believe it's do-able.

I have both a .com and .ca yahoo account. Had a several hour delay when I e-mailed a message from my .com account to my .ca account. The thing is that i also e-mailed to the same .com account with the same delay. I've only noticed this one other time below in the several years I've had my accounts at yahoo. So there is too much of a difference with .com and .ca. Yahoo.ca does have a beta version running of a new e-mail system, but I got frustrated with it so I switched back to the older, more familiar version.

Try Gmail instead. It has a good Spam filter has large storage and is quick.

Yeah I'm using the .com address. I was getting emails fine yesterday morning but then later in the day the delays were happening again.

Since my account is linked to Rogers when I click on help, all I get is Rogers help which I don't think will do much for yahoo.com email
