Yet another great consenting adult website shut down and administrator arrested on multiple counts. In the U.S. of course not Canada.

BTW, getting this out on U.S. boards am behind in posting today's activities - SRM massage and Pure Gold reports to come. Yesterday posted Club Two Mountains and just before closing great time at New Loco.

The busted board was a favorite of mine for my San Diego trip, especially for some of the great sensual, adult massage gals and reviews. The board after the introduction confirms the e-mail I received on 6/8/2016 from the arrested admin: "Due to circumstances beyond our control, SDASP is closed It will not reopen."

This may have started with the arrest of a women who got too lax running a popular massage parlor. Here are some comments from boards about her which may have started a long investigation of SDASP:

"xxxx was a pioneer of a service that was well organized, well, executed model that brought joy to many, many people and provided something positive for both sides. - She was a caring mother who's children will be irreversibly effected by the unfortunate situation. - She had a good thing and was proud of it but got too comfortable and overconfident.

"At no time did xxxx ever suggest a lady conduct in FS activities and in fact would terminate those who did.

The DA in the media said: The website featured several provocative pictures of women who made generic promises to prospective clients offering “special treatment” and “individual attention,”

She was sentenced to four years in prison in a plea deal to avoid much longer potential time in prison for operating a business in San Diego County offering full-body massages. The women working for her were all in their late 20's. Sadly she had terminal cancer and died. She was able to get chemo therapy with release to a hospital and then hospice.

Not clear if this started the investigation of SDASP but I understand she was very active there.

All that is known is someone apparently tipped of police who was a board member. It is not confirmed but this could have an Arizona connection. There is a very wild escort that was kicked off SDASP and was calling the wife of a customer. She has a long arrest record in Arizona related to drugs and prostitution.

A person claims related to AZ women (who was also in SD):
(Misspellings are sic - from original left unchanged)
You are the NUT job who started all this drama with me. The SDASP drama, (which Im still a member of, YOU ARE KICKED OFF) and TER Drama (which i am still a member of, I DONT THINK THEY KNOW YOUR ON THERE YET AGAIN AFTER BEING THROWN OFF).

There are many who know of your shinanigans and ripping off providers in Arizona. You were busted for running a brothel, and bustted for outting a man at his work and calling his wife, you were also causght and videotaped doing bareback on a client in Claifornia..

I am tired of you stalking me, your a tired old w**** who tried to pass off you new boyfriend as a musician who actually used a photo of a pro wrestler as a fake man,, LOL

On the current arrest of the administrator, I do not know full details and don't yet see anything in the media. Info was an e-mail to me from the arrested administrator. LE didn't take over the board but the owner shut it down to protect members. There is a long history of San Diego arresting many massage owners, all related to consenting adults and the safety the massage parlors provided.

"SDASP is a community of escorts, hobbyists and service providers. Find escort reviews, site reviews, discussion boards, live chat and guides. As the administrator says, "I hope this has not caused any problems for anyone and I hope you can find another safe place to post."

Dave notes: the ASP reference for new folks relates to the old alt.sex.prostitution newsgroup. I was one of the first to coin the phrase GFE there, back in the days of pocket readers and 300 baud phone connections. GFE had nothing to do with unhealthy and illegal sex acts in those days but has since been perverted to mean something different by many.

Dave what you should do is encourage your fellow hobbyists in the USA to use this board. I'm presuming they can't touch it down there.

Not sure that is a good idea. Indeed "they" can "touch it".

Read about "United States vs. Scheinberg" in which the US government indicted the founders of PokerStars for allowing US players to play online poker on their offshore websites. Canadian Isai Scheinberg was indicted on five counts in 2011 is still a fugitive in the US.

If TERB becomes known to US LE as an online forum facilitating US prostitution, it risks the very same fate as these other prostitution forums and advertising channels that have been shut down and the owner/operators arrested.

US LE and District Attorney's are glory seekers and would not hesitate to take out indictments against Canadians who facilitate prostitution for US citizens/residents and/or US sex workers.

The reason I suggested it is the site is no longer based in Canada but overseas. As well the international section could already be used in that case anyway.

Besides allowing a sub forum with advertising would be a good chunk of change.

But you are correct I'm not sure where the site falls under legalities. I'm pretty sure the ones busted were US Based. And I'm betting the same for owners citizenship and place of residence.

Ok let me explain it so that you don't need to go read the links I posted.

1. Prostitution is illegal in the US, as are most operations facilitating it such as the forums Dave refers to. Prostitution equates to providing online gambling to US residents in terms of being a criminal offence.

2. Whether the website servers are based in USA, Canada or some offshore jurisdiction, the provision of such services to US residents remains a criminal offence.

3. The US government has demonstrated time and time again that it will seek out the owners, operators etc of many websites that provide a forum to facilitate illegal activities.

For example:

Pokerstars was NEVER based on the USA. It was based and hosted in the Isle of Man and held a fully legal gambling license issued by the government of the Isle of Man.

However, it knowingly provided online gambling services to US residents. Since online gambling was illegal in the USA, Pokerstars was breaking US law.

So the US government brought criminal indictments against the owner of Pokerstars and many employees. Including a Canadian/Israeli dual citizen Scheinberg who remains a fugitive. The US government has not sought his extradition as they have already got hundreds of millions of dollars in fines etc from the company.

Megaupload was an online file sharing service that facilitated copyright infringement. The US government through the New Zealand government raided Kim Dotcom's compound in New Zealand. He has been fighting extradition to the US for years

I could go on and on but rest assured that there is no place to hide from teh US government.

But take this as a given that if TERB finds itself in the crosshairs of a zealous US State Attorney General things will get really bad for everyone. Especially Fred.

I agree with SchlongConery on all points.

Terb should stick with Canada. There are lots of large U.S. forums that have not yet been shut down. The big one is valuable to LE since reviews are often used as probably cause statements in indictments and for leads in doing stings as well as ads.

U.S. LE can go after anyone posting on a board, regardless of location. U.S. also has a criminal treaty with Canada and most countries but its a complex process to get Canada involved. There is now a directive that FBI can hack foreign computers to find illegal U.S. activity. Also LE can serve any control person in the U.S. for records on a person. That is why the biggest U.S. board got rid of all their U.S. moderators a few years ago.

I post some U.S. legal stuff here basically to remind you how lucky you are - even with C36 - in Canada vs the U.S.
