Hi guys. I'm aiming to create a Vlog on the adult spas, since the disappearing of the strip clubs one was so popular. I'm curious if you've noticed any of the spas shut down, with the influx of the Internet, porn hub, only fans, and even the clubs closing. To the naked eye, they're still going strong? Do you think they'll be around for a while. Does it make you nervous when new laws come out? I don't think you will see spas leave. I think if anything you are seeing things consolidate. The number of spas may go down, but the spas that stay will grow in size.

There is one area of growth that is possible and that is a possible spa like experience where instead of a massage the girl provides a lapdance/strip tease instead. They called this type of service "lingerie modeling" in the mid 90s as contact lapdancing was In a legal grey area back then, but in a separate shop is was easier. I could see this take place again as a way around stricter legal requirements for clubs.

I suspect the spas are here to stay. They offer a convenient option, that doesn’t necessarily even require booking an appointment. The whole experience of an erotic massage is quite different to a FS encounter with an escort. Tho I will make the observation that over the years, complete “escort services” have become more and more common. In the past these options were quite rare, with a hand release being standard, with Russian often being the most you found expect. The spa's have been around a long time now , Even when the strip clubs were going full bore there were plenty of massage parlors making huge money .I think the Spa's are here to stay (or maybe I am just hoping ) . I do enjoy a session a half dozen times year myself .Even in my area KW/Waterloo there is a big selection of choices .

Yeah this was my experience when I dabbled about 10 years ago or so. Upsell was key. Although trying to do it on a massage table always proved challenging. It would be nice if they decriminalized everything, and put them right beside the pot shops. They might have to with AI being full speed ahead and threatening many to most jobs.

Wow, I remember "lingerie modelling" although that was a thing back in the States, I never saw it in Canada.
Would a spa like that not just be more of a return to something like a "Gentleman's club" kind of thing?
Basically a borderline brothel?

I think it's also that a lot of clients push for extras at massage parlors. I've worked at a place that was supposed to be "happy ending only" but clients were extremely aggressive, we were still expected to kiss them, they would try to force you to give them blow jobs and more... I ended up going back to escorting because it was too much. I think that's why girls upsell and add to the menu, because they know they will have to fight it constantly

The names escape me.....but I have seen a couple spas in Montreal that advertise lap dance as a service. I would love that to be available closer.
