I am using it and it is not bad
-cheaper for the number channels
-great customer service..... on a few instances they called me saying they noticed I wasn't getting proper service and walked me through how to fix it
-not as good pic quality as rogers or bell but still decent
keep in mind
-you need Ethernet not wifi
-you have to get internet through acanac
I have had problems but unplugging the box plus modem plus router fixes the problem
haven't tried turning my box into a pvr by supplying my own hard drive but I think it is possible
through acanac I am going with around 35 mps and not noticing any problems having more than one tv or other internet devices going at the same time...... plus unlimited bandwith. I don't game but no complaints about speed for anything else... streaming downloading etc.
