Visited countless times and except for 2 3 occasions always had great time. Hard to believe Sammy had to go. Had been waiting to see her after 1 long month. Will not visit again.
It's never easy when someone moves on. I felt the same about my hair stylist or the woman who waxes my bikini line but we're unable to hold woman here against their will because that would be human trafficking. Sometimes attendants get caught, get married, become pregnant or have reached whatever goal they set for themselves and decide it's time to go. On the flip side, just like any other place of work, attendants can be terminated for continuous misconduct such as sharing private personal information, incompetence, partaking in illegal activity etc. etc. Typically, an attendant is not let go without cause and no matter how special someone made a client feel there's a lot going on in the background that the public is not aware of.
It's unfortunate you never took the time to share a review about her while she was on schedule or she might have stayed. However, it's a relief knowing you won't be back because it's really frustrating for the rest of the incredible woman here to deal with the clients who received extra special services and be told they don't know how to do their job.
As all the Terbins are learning.... I'm very protective of my licence and my staff. I can only afford so many chances and with the ministry checking in on spas left and right, I'm not willing to take any. We passed our interview with flying colours. Of all the spas in Ontario they have visited there are two that have been compliant. Ours and one other so sometimes dead weight needs to go to protect ALL of us but i respect and appreciate your input.
