Pattaya is fuckin wild, dude. If you go to Bangkok and are blown away, pattaya kicks it up by several notches.

To answer the question - yes, they are all brothels with "short stay" hotel rooms available if you do not want to take the lady back to your hotel. Some tourists feel shy taking women back to thier hotels but every person on earth knows why a single male is there, don't be shy, the only thing to worry about is that you can very easily spend all your money in one place. There is more variety in Thialand but I still prefer the Philippines.
Watching the video, I didn't see 1 girl that I would give a second look.
Pattaya is a frigging hobby paradise with bargain prices for any type of action/pussy you want. Soi BJ, off of Walking Street is dedicated to giving you any type of BJ, oral action you desire! YouTube is loaded with many videos of all the current action going on there, so you know where to go when you get there. On all those YT videos you view probably 75% or more of those women seen are some sort of sex worker. Things are very open, sex wise in Thailand. Great place to go for vacation! From what I've heard, if you go to Thailand for sex tourism, whether it's sex workers or hook-up apps, bring condoms, go on PREP and as an added precaution, get a vasectomy.

I just got back from a trip a few months ago (I've been to Thailand a few times).
There are multiple types of establishments in Pattaya. All the areas listed below are within a 2-3 mile radius or so and reachable via walking or the Baht Bus (local public transit via pickup truck with benches in the back on set routes), we're talking about 200+ bars. There's also countless massage places and plenty of hotels that are "Guest Friendly".
Just remember to be safe and wrap up, 21 is the legal age. Ladyboys aren't a problem and are easy enough to avoid. Bars don't employ them unless it's a bar that's exclusively for ladyboys. Important: don't go into any of the Russian Bars, you will get ripped off.
Learn about the Thai culture and be respectful, Thailand is a beautiful place with lots to see and do that's not related to sexy time.
