Infact, Hamas has actually openly stated that they DO NOT intend to even kill civilians, women, children and the elderly. Whether or not they follow through with their words, their stated intent, is anything but genocidal. Israel on the other hand, has stated they want to eliminate Gaza and everythign in it.
