Nope. What would make it gay is if the guy was the reciever. The girl is the reciever in this image and therefore there is nothing gay about it as she is the facilitator. also note that she is sandwiched between the guys so they don't have to make eye contact. Just like how men hug - no eye contact.

Hetro or Homo are non-important frames of reference which only catagorize the extremes, there are many activies in between which are debateable as to classification so in the end why bother.
Look at it more in a 'Am I comfortable with this act?" Forget about male/female or hetro/home. Just know what or who turns you on and go for it. Times change and you may even change your opinion of what you like.

It really depends on what the participants get out of it.
