I think he's got it. Her being this way is not a bad thing as long as it doesn't cross certain lines and she'll let you know where these are, or you will know yourself. I'm not sure why you'd want to change her. I'm not going to say it's like her loving seafood or black&white movies, but it's not over the top. If you don't like it then you might have a problem. I doubt you'll change her, but you don't have to give into everything she wants all the time. She's the sub, you're the boss, or so I thought. Tell her, nicely of course.
