would have loved to have seen thornton dummy one of those pussy sedins, maybe wed.

please explain?
Explanation: You're a timid little boy who wants some guy he's never met to dummy (to use your word) a highly skilled hockey player for no reason other than it would allow you to vicariously live through his actions.

Why don't you try being a man and get out on the ice and dummy them yourself if you think it's such a good idea.
I know why, because you're a coward, who would curl up in a little ball and start crying if an NHL player even skated toward you.

That was the Canucks Tie Domi moment; whatever fortitude the Bruins were lacking in the opening games, they have found it now.

It will be very difficult for Vancouver to win another game.

Bruins forward Horton is out for the remainder(2-4 games), and who knows if he will miss any time at the start of next year.
Canucks defenceman Aaron Rome is suspended four games.

Four games is better then one or two, but the NHL is still not showing that they are truly serious about dealing with headshots.
In my opinion a headshot penalty should carry an automatic 10 game suspension + whatever is given by the NHL.
So for instance Rome would get the 'auto 10', plus the four for a total 14 games.

i,m surprised he got 4 games, i thought maybe 1. i saw nothing wrong with the hit except that it was very late. 10-12 years ago we would all be saying, wow what a great hit. game has changed, big time.

You can't even skate, and you're calling 2 of the top 5 or 6 forwards in the NHL pussies?

That just adds to the irony and stupidity of your original statement.

That's a mighty big exception. If guys were allowed to hit very late there would be numerous serious injuries.

It was a LATE LATE LATE head shot....

i agree with Cherry...if a guy gets knocked out....a second player ie: SEGUIN...should be allowed to be inserted IMMEDIATELY INTO THE GAME!

Or if not.....then both temas should shorten the bench by one player for the length of the suspecnsions!

Hockey is fixed. That last goal by Boston, should not have been a goal as it wasn't in by the stick. Clearly, there is a bias and the official was paid.

Brother man, you are obviously an idiot and know nothing about the rules of hockey! A goal does not. " have" to be put in by a stick. Loungo deflected the puck up into Peverly and Kesler. The puck bounced off Peverly and into the net. He did not direct the puck into the net in any manner, therefore the correct call was made and the goal counted.

Please research the rules before you make any more idiotic and inane posts!!

WOW ! 8-1 and 4-0 ... 12 goals in two games given up by Bobby Lou ... considering he came out early tonight that makes it about one goal ever nine minutes.

Tim Thomas in four games has given up five goals total.

If Vancouver does not score first and take control of game five early, I think they will lose the game, and series in six, and we will be hearing the West Coast Whine for about five years.
