Hilarious. Yeah Bush forced Obama to spend recklessly.
Even back then sane GOPers, there are a couple, supported that to avoid going into another Great Depression! Now 2 yrs later GOPers would like another Great Depression and blame it all on Obama. Hope that makes it easy enough for you to follow....;)

You should read up on the great depression. The middle class was wiped out, but the very rich became insanely rich.

It was okay when Bush did it, but yet he is apparently a "fiscal conservative".
However a liberal, I understand....

So I take it you were pretty pissed off when Bush was spending....but I'm gonna guess not really.

Bush was a failure. He couldn't run an oil business and was anything but a fiscal conservative. Obama was a nobody with no experience in anything except campaigning.

Cain is the opposite of both. Political labels shouldn't matter. Look at the man's record. Why on Earth would you not want somebody like that running the ship over the two aformentioned failures. What kind of mindset compels people to forego common sense in the name of political party affiliation.

You'd prefer that they elect another inept career politician rather than an intelligent, successful, overachiever with hands-on experience?
I don't have an opinion on the matter one way or the other, but I have a store of quotes from OTB that should provide hours of entertainment if Cain wins the nomination.

Cain is likable.Romney is a an empty shirt.Sadly whoever wins the nomination is going to lose a considerable amount of the Republican base.I don't think Southern Christians will vote for Romney and the racists won't vote for Cain.Cain is not a politician. That's helping and hurting him.

But in significant measure that is because the rich were not gambling in the stock markets while those of far more moderate means were. Those who had prudent investiments and retained their jobs as a general statement survived.

I can not find the quotation, but J.P. Morgan, Jr. was said to have predicted Black Friday when a shoeshine boy wanted to give him stock tips.

I am well aware of the story of Jp Morgan.

However the reason the very rich got richer was, as it is today, because they owned the financial system.

I don't think inexperience is a big deal, but incompetence is. And Obama is clearly out of his league in this presidency.

Respectfully, that is but a portion of the story and there is a great deal more to it than that.

Successful business man vs untenured law professor, community activist and a partial US Senate term with no notable legislation.... I don't think it will be very entertaining.

Not just untenured - Adjunct.

Now I've know a number of excellect Adjunct Professors, I've been one myself (however I'll leave the excellence or lack thereof for others to jbeinudge). But I don't know anyone who has not been straight up about being an Adjunct Professor as opposed to being a Visiting Professor let alone an Assistant or an Associate Professor.

I suspected you never were a full professor.
