Actually it's not Kayla herself but the lack of respect from their management here on terb, and in general, that`s bothering me especially the whole website thing. THAT really bothers me. Putting names on a schedule that don`t actually exist.
I mean, I get it, we are just big foolish ATM machines that need to get their rocks off to these MPs but a little respect goes a long way when I am spending my hard earned dollars.

Just my $0.02 but better the devil you know than the one you don't. At least you know with Kayla your money is going to get you a fantastic time. So a few bucks goes to the seedy management - at least you've had a great experience. Focus on that part.

it depends what kind of experience youre looking for.....if you want a fairly basic massage 20-60.....if you want the vip experien e the sta.dard is typically 80 on top of your door fee

I can't believe the amount of hostility within this thread all because a lady was unable to show up for her shift due to car trouble. Personally, I would be worried about the well being of the beautiful young lady that was stranded on the side of a highway by herself instead of the delay in posting her absence on the website.
As for the 'lack of respect' from management, I believe that statement is completely uncalled for. It's easy for you to sit there and complain and think that the actions by management are specifically orchestrated to irritate the client population. That's ridiculous. Escape Spa is a well managed, customer oriented spa that strives to ensure the customers satisfaction at all times. If you have a complaint, which I can see you have quite a few, I would suggest bringing those complaints to management so they can directly internalize your concerns and work from there.
As for the names within the schedule that you claim do not work there, some ladies wish to not have their photos uploaded onto the website, but you could always come in to introduce yourself or call in, as many other clients do. Raven, in fact, has pictures on the website, so your statement that these girls don't exist are unfounded and perhaps you would be better off to look at the website in its entirety before stating your concerns.
Kayla does in fact work at Escape, and after some car difficulties she is back this week.
If you would like to see her specifically, it is always best to call before you arrive so that you can be sure the lady will be available.

No it's not. Escape's customer service, from a management standpoint, really leaves a lot to be desired.

They don't exist and have never worked there. You obviously pad the schedule to make it look busier. Get over it you've been caught in a lie. Admit it and move on.

No I believe she didn't show up for whatever reason and instead of the truth we get the oldest excuse in the book. All management had to say was she missed a shift for "personal reasons". Case closed but instead we are fed a steady diet of bulls*it.
