They have some of the best hospitals in the world. They have some of the best research institutions and 4 of the top 10 hositals in the world are in the US. Not a sign that their medical system is flawed is it?
Doctors/nurses from all over the world aspire to practice in the US. Ill people from all over the world want seek treatment in the US.
Would these hospitals exist if people couldn't afford to use them? Are there that many "rich people" keeping these institutions afloat?

So using whatever stats you have stumbled upon is not a good source of truth...because in countries like China and North Korea, no one dies until they are 120, with no illnesses, crime or corruption and there is too much food to go around.
