His whole philosophy basically is that be believes in equality of opportunity over equality of outcome.

Positions should be filled based on merit alone.

Anything different and you don't have the most talented people working in the desired positions.

Which leads to a trickle down effect of negative outcomes.........

The problem with Peterson (in my humble opinion) is he is so full of hate, likely a bigot, and generally narrow minded. However, he is smart… A very compelling speaker, and puts his hatred in to very clinical language. He dresses it up in Professor speak…. And for too many, it makes it sound like what he talking about is intelligent. It’s the language that fools you.
