How long to train and learn tank techniques and fight as a groups uses western systems and maintenance of tanks!
How long does it take to train urkraine to learn a patoriot air defence system?
Once you have those answer you will realize urkraine had lost the war!
Add up all the tanks they will receive today and to end of this year or fall . You will find it not enough physical tank they will receive
to make any difference because the war will be over by latest autumn when urkraine run out of artillery shell and ammunition!

How long does it take to learn a tank?..... 3 months to make you competent? They've had the entire winter to train on new kit while the Russians human waved at Bakhmut. They're fine.
