Hindustan Times seems to enjoy quite a reputation!
but but Kreal claims they are legitimate, LMFAO.

It is amazing how some folks get so brainwashed they are unreasonable. The scary thing is, Kreal and Putin probably think exactly the same way. They live in a fictional realm where they believe they are victimized while the one with actual power decides to invade a sovereign country with recognized borders by the international community. Yet, Zelensky/ Ukraine in Kreal's eyes is the bad one? WTF, insanity.

India just loves deplorables :)

India, however, is experienced in maintaining a needs-based partnership with pariah states. It did so with Iran, for example, despite mounting pressure from the US. Furthermore, under Modi’s leadership, India cultivated strong relationships with other authoritarian leaders like Putin, who had received much criticism from the international community because of their rhetoric and actions, on issues like human rights, democracy and migration, in recent years. Modi famously enjoyed a “bromance” with populist right-wing US President Donald Trump. Under Israel’s far-right leader Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel laid the foundations for a robust economic and strategic alliance with India. In 2020, Brazil’s far-right President Jair Bolsonaro was a guest of honour at India’s annual Republic Day celebration in New Delhi.

1. Indias relationship with the Soviet Union and now Russia goes back 70 years. There was a video or an article someone posted that talked about how India and Russia have always enjoyed a close relationship while the west supported dictatorial regimes in Pakistan. Similarly, India and Israel enjoy a very close relationship and I infact saw a poll which shows India to be one of the most pro-Israel countries in the world due to their cooperation and help against terrorism.

2. The west DOES NOT dictate terms or determine who is authoritarian and who isn't. Did you forget how the US has close relationship with "far right" leader Netanyahu? Or with the Saudis? Or with Iran when it was being ruled by a military dictator? Or with Pakistan when it was being ruled by military dictatorships for the majority of its history? Kudos to India for remaining steady and focused on what is important to them without capitulating to western expectations. I dont think those guys have forgotten or will ever forget how the west let them down and Russia helped them back in the day.

The Indian foreign minister explains below:

The argument presented is as stupid as the arguments Donald J. Trump presents. You choose to marinate in nonsense and attempt to present them as facts. The thing is, the majority of the world knows it is bullshit and nonsense.

Europe and North America are NOT the "majority of the world".

Stop living in a bubble and stop regurgitating what you are force fed in western MSM or some woke youtube channel.

Nobody actually knows how it will end. Most likely it will end with a ceasefire and negotiated settlement. Neither Russia nor Ukraine will "win". There will be claims though on either side about how they "won" the war.

US GDP is more than India, China and Russia combined.

Or do you calculate by number of peasants?

I calculate by the number of peasants because it is the PEOPLE that matter when it comes to matters of political opinion.

GDP is just a number and even bringing it up for this sort of thing is plain stupid. Pretty much shows our silly western mentality where we live in a bubble and think the world revolves around us.

Also if you are using GDP, atleast try using GDP (PPP) for a more meaningful argument. India, China and Russia are almost twice that of the US if you use those numbers.

It depends. Ukraine is in a terrible strategic situation right now with everything they have at the Eastern border. I'm really surprised that Putin didn't attack South along the Polish border. He certainly has the hardware available for that. Let's see if he has the balls.

It is tricky for Russia too. Any full scale severe attacks will justify more western involvement and more lethal weapons like fighter jets being delivered to Ukraine. Using more modern equipment or more lethal missiles etc will also justify more western involvement. So probably this slow grinding war with bodies being thrown at it, is a sort of a death by thousand cuts to Ukraine. Of course Russia has more manpower than Ukraine, so the can afford to do that longer.

Ukraine is also not publishing its losses. God knows how many people they are losing on a daily basis.

NATO will NOT get directly involved. The attack in the Western Ukraine would cut off best supply routes from the west.

One of the reasons the campaign in Ukraine turned into a quagmire, for both sides, is the inability to use air power by either side. The air defenses are keeping air assets well behind the front lines. Even if Ukraine gets the modern fighters, they'll have little impact on the situation on the ground. Cutting off the supply of the anti air systems would finish the war for Russia without a doubt.

According to Russia, they've destroyed more HIMARS than have ever been produced.

Must suck for Putin. He made us some shit about NATO aggression and ended up with a NATO state on their longest border.
Aha, he's quaking in his shoes, I bet....with a Chinese partnership in his back pocket and the Saudis giving America the middle finger.
