(Jerusalem) – Hamas’ military wing – the Qassam Brigades – and at least four other Palestinian armed groups committed numerous war crimes and crimes against humanity against civilians during the October 7, 2023 assault on southern Israel, Human Rights Watch said in a report released today. Governments with influence over the armed groups should press for the urgent release of civilian hostages, an ongoing war crime, and for those responsible to be brought to justice.

1) That the occupation of Palestine is illegal, Israel must leave and Israel must pay restitution.
2) On the upcoming genocide question, Provisional Measures ordered Israel to 'prevent killing Palestinians', allow all aid through and arrest those who incite genocide.

Neither side was ordered to return hostages, they are concerned with genocide and the illegal occupation.
Those are the real issues.

Israel hasn't abided by 62 UN resolutions, including the two UNSC resolutions calling for ceasefire.
Why do you think Israel doesn't have to abide but Hamas does?
