Due process applies to you, Tate, Brand, and everyone else.

Understand?
I think it's ironic that the same people on here who cry foul when their democracy is allegedly threatened, are the same ones who throw democracy out the window if it means condemning someone they don't like.

The hypocrisy of the left is astonishing.

What is astonishing is that you and your accomplices completely discard the fact these folks are A) being investigated B) have been charged C) awaiting a fair trial and jumping to us being entitled to an opinion that they are POS. Anyone with half a brain working can tell you they are truly POS regardless of being found innocent or guilty. Again, I will say it: OJ Simpson was found NOT GUILTY, but everyone knows he was a POS.

I know Brand has political partisans as fans but why is this a political thread?
Because he has political partisans as fans.
He (and they) are pushing this as explicitly political.
It's like Tate's contention that his rhetoric is too dangerous for "The Establishment" (Matrix/Cathedral/Whatever) and so therefore they are using lawfare to stop him.

Are you comparing OJ Simpson to Russell Brand??

No, I am not; I am comparing a POS to a POS. You do not have to be a murderer to be a POS. You do not have to be white, black, right, left, poor or rich to be a POS, anyone can be classified as a POS. Trumputin is a POS, just like Brand is a POS.

But how can you convinct Russell Brand if you haven't seen any evidence yet in a court of law??

And when you call him at POS, then you are kind of convicting him

So you completely miss his point. Tate's public actions show he's a POS. The courts will decide whether he is a legally guilty POS or a POS found not guilty.
Looks like you missed the point that this thread is about Russell Brand

Sure as heck took them a long time to investigate.
I mean, that's what we do in the civilized world. If someone is accused of a crime, police need to investigate every single nook and cranny of the accusation before pressing charges to ensure a crime was actually committed, even if that takes years.

In the case of sexual assault, the crime is often extremely hard to prove. I know an OPP officer who used to work in the sex crimes unit. From what I've heard, there's often little to no physical evidence that an assault occurred and, equally often, the victim may take years to come forth, by which time there is no evidence and a case cannot be pursued -- not because the police don't believe it happened, but because there's 0% chance of proving it happened.

Also, unlike other crimes, there are usually no witnesses to sexual assaults, and he said/she said doesn't hold water in court.

Even when police do successfully lay a sexual assault charge, a good percentage of the time that charge gets thrown out or stayed during the preliminary stage because the evidence the Crown has just isn't strong enough to persuade a judge that the case should continue.

Not quite.
You just judge people you don't already like as being guilty and then work your way back from there to justify your hypocrisy.

That's how the lunatic left works. Thanks for proving it again.

So you admit that ICE arresting citizens and children without due process on behalf of Trump is wrong then?
Due process only extends to citizens or legal residents. Not people that have entered illegally.

So let me get this straight Scooby: I am wrong for having an opinion that Tate, Diddy, and Brand are all POS? I will also throw Trumputin and Vance in there but for this conversation lets leave it with the 3 only who are facing rape charges.

I STATE IN MY OPINION regardless if found guilty or not, they are steaming piles of shit.

You, on the other hand, will hold them in high regard til the day they are convicted, then you will say they are POS. Right now and if found not guilty, they are swell guys. Do I have this right??

Perhaps I should do a poll and see what the majority believes. Would that make you happy? A board mostly of pooners, you would think most would side with you no?

Let me clarify it for you...

You don't want to admit to yourself that you are shallow, and that you just hold opinions of people based on your own biases. Your bias is not founded on facts, but rather, just your own shallow opinions.
BUT....you don't want to come across as a shallow person, so you try and twist things into a context that jives with your narrative. Because otherwise, you would appear to just be a shallow prick.

Follow so far?

So you take it further and throw the democracy you claim to hold so dear out the window, and condemn someone based on allegations. Not facts; not evidence; and not verdicts. Just drawing parallels between someone you just don't like (for shallow reasons) and what someone else has accused them of.

Then if someone (like me) calls you out for it, you start crying that it was just your opinion.

See how well I know you?

This is hilarious! I just called Vance a POS in the previous post and he's not facing any charges. My calling out someone a POS doesn't necessarily have to mean they are facing charges, do you get it? Are you that thick-headed that nothing sinks in or do you just lack reading comprehension skills, which would explain a lot?

Question: Would you leave your "18-year-old hot sister" alone with Tate? Just pretend you have a hot sister. I doubt very much you would but just for the sake of this question.

The connotation of calling someone a "POS" is that they must have done something severe to warrant being called that. That's what using that term to describe someone typically means. It's not just thrown about because you just don't like someone for frivolous reasons.

In your case, you try and hide your shallow biases by going over the top with name calling and having no basis to put that label on someone. You push your usual narrative that someone you don't like must be a terrible person so that you can justify your shallow reasoning.

Re-read my description of you again and stop distracting with fictional scenarios to hide your true colours. You're not fooling anyone.
