Who cares her immigration status.
What we should all be focussed on is that the police apprehend who was involved.
And the Crown achieves meaningful sentences.
And the judge picks the upper range of sentencing guidelines.
And appeal court agrees.
Yes this is the mess that shows the pendulum has swung too far on many issues.

I'm not entirely sure how Twitter's algorithms work but from what I seen if you aren't following people who talk about this kind of stuff it's not something you'll see a lot of, if any. So I wouldn't necessarily call it willful blindness, but if you are following any Canadian dissident right influencers I doubt very much you would not see any India hate at all. Twitter, despite Elon's claims to the contrary, still does censor speech. Especially if the person they are censoring is some random schmuck and not some big name with hundreds of thousands of followers.
