Go check the Ottawa Asian thread in the review section. Most spots are listed there. I don't think you'll find a spot or indy provider that's not Asian offering what you're looking for at that price point.

Checkout lilimoon, dream spa, h2o, 8spa. They all give pretty good massages and HE. But extras will be different with each masseuse most of the time. You should be prepared to spend somewhere around 40 for HE.
