There's something strange about how invested you are in this woman, your commentary is really over the top.
Now you're going to accuse the defense team of insulting her because they cross examined her?
I'll ask you again, why are you're standards different for the players than they are for her.
She's contradicted herself numerous time, claimed she couldn't remember, couldn't remember right at the moments that would be incriminating for her.

How do you interrogate a woman who accuses a player of forcing himself into the washroom and assaulting her, and then when confronted with the testimony that she brought
him in there, she says it might be possible?
How do you interrogate a woman who when confronted with her sexually lewd behaviour and language, says she can't remember doing that and
if she did, she wasn't in a state of mind to be responsible for that?
The real victim here is her fiance, he's a victim of her deceit and infidelity as well as a victim of his own incredible stupidity.
Your girlfriend hooks up with a stranger at a bar and within hours is fucking him in his hotel room, and you want to marry her?
These two deserve each other.
I was thinking the same thing about some of you guys…picking apart her testimony and than defending these guys for their hotel behaviour, the cell phone camera cover up, the group chat cover up, two of the accused making phone calls telling a player “don’t say you seen what I did”, three players with “sudden memory loss “.

I’ll say it again, I think they’re guilty.

It's sad when a good old fashion consensual gang bang has to end up scrutinized by the courts.

I didn't defend anyone.
I'm asking you why you have a different standard for the players than you do for her, and you keep skirting.
Why are you not suspicious of her contradictions and selective memory loss?

The problem is the girl didn't realize she was offered up to be part of it
Did she refuse in any way?
Did they force her to stay?
Did she give consent?
Why did she agree to some blood and urine tests but declined an offer of a urine toxicology exam? The roofie drug is detectable up to 5 days, she went to the
hospital 3 days after the alleged incident?

I believe her testimony
Why?
Especially when her contradictions and memory loss are more incriminating than the players'.
Why do you believe her and not them?
Even if you accept her story, it should be based on an equivalent standard of criticism no?
Why the different standard in an attempt to find the real truth?

You can’t force yourself on someone…she testified she tried putting her clothes on a couple of times and was stopped, Howden said that in one of his statements but now doesn’t remember…she said she was crying in front of a room full of players and Howden said in his statement she was weeping…there is no evidence that she gave consent for all the guys past the first one, they forced themselves on her, she told McLeod that.

She was convincing to me…hard to believe the players with their “sudden memory lost”…

You can believe what you want, but you're here trying to make a case for her while applying a different standard to her contradictions and memory loss
than to the players'. And you're accusing the court of being unfair?
You're as unfair as anyone can get.
You're just picking her side arbitrarily and defending her to no end.

There's no proof anyone forced themselves on her.
I guess it's guilty until proven guilty.

She testified that they did and I believe her…it was McLeod that sent the message out asking about the 3-way, she had nothing to do with that

Whether the court finds them guilty means nothing to me and doesn’t change my view

I was treating this as a fair trial until the three players testified with “sudden memory loss”, Howden 18 times…they remember little details to help the players but not the ones that incriminate them including statements they made twice…Dubé and Foote calling players to tell them “don’t say what you saw us do”.

Howden's testimony:

Yes that is what he said…

…and here is some of what he forgot

“Thursday’s emotional testimony from Howden was a continuation of the Crown’s legal application to allow the prosecution to cross-examine its own witness over inconsistencies, specifically between Howden’s trial evidence and past recollections recorded in the text messages to Raddysh.”

I don't get it, what did he forget?
