Nobody called the George Floyd or tea party or whatever other protests as insurrections. But it shows the Trump government is itching to use the insurrection act. Gives Trump maximum power. Hitler invoked something similar in Germany after the Reichstag burned in 1933, and even after banning the communist party, then all other political parties, did not relent on unquestioned power until the Germans surrendered in 1945.
