I had nearly the exact same experience as you, wish I would have seen your post before booking, I saw her the day after you posted.
Same text, same fees (I took the hour), the friend in the room, didn’t want me to shower (said didn’t have towels), asking for extra tip at the start, then inform me that price was just for massage.
