I have to agree, Iga was too Jewish against Amanda...6-0,6-0.
Two facts worked against Amanda, she had four extra sets some with tie-breakers to reach the Final. Iga had only one extra set against her doubles partner Caty McNally - no tie-breakers. Ms Anisimova was too spent from competing against a hitter instead of a grinder.She'd have trouble with Iga's pace, I wasn't expecting her to get ground like coffee beans.
What I don't like about Iga, she's becoming less of a nerd.
This year's Wimbledon proved that power is no match for pace.
