because i remember way back before i started my second visit was with Jess... she transitioned from desk to room and didn't have photo's up so i had no idea she was the desk girl till i saw her in session an she eventually got pics
I have to presume there’s a probationary period before Jamie calls in a photographer on a new hire. You probably don’t want to sink time and money into pro boudoir photos on a day-one newbie. I imagine turnover for new girls with no experience is high and their average time on the job is low.
Alternatively they might be required to pay for their own photos (which would make sense, given the risks I already mentioned) which means they need to spend some time working to make the money to pay for the photos.
An ironic rock and a hard place to be in with either situation - you won’t get booked much without photos but you can’t get photos without being booked! Gotta rely on the walk-ins. Walk-ins have gotta be the real heroes for the new girls.
I’m almost 100% sure they pay for their own and own them. That’s why some have pics up faster than others if they have moved from a different spa.

Ive seen Candi once before and had a great session, Jules i have seen a few times and had amazing sessions with but im a morning guy so our schedules never line up.
