It is time for the world to realize their dependence on US industry, invest in their own futures and move on to secure independence for themselves, even if it is capital intensive.

I pointed out that that the accusation they did was a win-win tactic by Trump and the GOP (given their audience and supporters).

He needed a pardon because Trump had promised to lock up and political enemies and most people realized he would have fewer blockers preventing him from doing that this time.
It was in autopen because autopen has been used for years, including by Trump. There's nothing controversial about it.

As for "will he face prosecution and charges"? That will depend a lot on whether Trump and co think they can get away with it.
If just the threat of it gives them what they want, or maybe and endless "investigation", then they might not bother with actually prosecuting or coming up with charges.
If it doesn't, or if it is a chance to prove the courts have been completely broken and they can act without fetters, then they will.
