Defying two back to work orders...Things are heating up...Bad look for the Carney Libs.
How does that work, Orry?

Presumably a Federal judge pegs the penalty to the union at $100k a day or thereabouts and just bleeds CUPE until it folds.

Carney wins and the decent people in Canada love him even more 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

The arbitrator is an ex AC lawyer.

Flight Attendants have a solid argument

No arbitrator has been selected yet. This is done in consultation with both parties typically. But yes if this is true the arbitrator can take that into consideration

When The Liberal Government are coming to the aid of the Canadians who are either stranded abroad, or going to miss out on vacations, attending important events, etc. and out of pockets of thousands of dollars, you seem to oppose it, especially at these trying times with those ridiculous tariffs being imposed on Canada by your idol.........hmmm, not surprised!!

The wheels on the Carney wagon are starting to fall off. :ROFLMAO:
Your guy lost his own riding, made a big deal about Carney running in Napean, and now he has slinked of to Battle River Crowfoot to try and get reelected again. lol. Blaming Carney for the Air Canada strike is ridiculous. Only AC management and their employees are to blame. I think its pretty stupid of the Union not to telegraph their intent to defy back to work orders. They shoudl have said that before and it might have given them more leverage at the talks.

But they refused to go back to work and got a deal. What are you talking about? :ROFLMAO:
It still put pressure on them as they were facing fines and jail time. Its amazing you don't understand that. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ , actually, maybe its not amazing and even understandable 🤣🤣 I still FULLY expect the govt will fine the union.

They openly told you they were not going back.

do all the gymnastics you want, they were not forced to work. Air Canada settled before it made them look bad.
People say a lot of things. When people say they are prepared to go to jail, do you think they are looking forward to going to jail?
