Mounting a scope that far back would be problematic to shoot in any position, let alone prone. The recoil from discharge would almost certainly cause the occular bell of the scope to "bite" (probably cut) the shooter's eyebrow area.

One thing the Utah governor talked about today that I agree with? I hate social media too - glad they didn't have any of that when I was a kid, teen, young adult. I find very little redeeming about anything from Meta, X, etc.
Probably the next step of project 2025 - label democrats, scientists and free thinkers as terrorists then deport them to el savadore. Sadly I am sure at least a couple people in the MAGA wing have considered this idea
