That she is deliberately trying to create a crisis. Do you really not see that? If I were the govt I would say private money or FUCK OFF
Didn't Carney say we are already in a crisis?

She is looking out for her Province.
"This is a a test of whether Canada works as a country," Smith added. "Because if we can't build with a collaboration of the federal government and between provinces — if it's everybody gets to get their products going to market except Alberta — that's not a country. A country is one where we support each other."

Carney moves like a snake, but now the grass is cut.

The choice is really simple...either the pipelines gets built and exports can flow to world markets or they don't get built and all those exports go straight to the US at a steep discount so they can turn around and export our natural resources at a profit. One option benefits our country and the other does not

So to stoke the APC (Alberta Persecution Complex) she deliberately routes it straight through the hornets nest of opposition. Does anyone really not see through this ploy? I think the Feds should approve it but require the Alberta govt to assume UMLIMITED liability for spills and place a 25B deposit for liability
Take a look at what AB has put into equalization for the past 60 years and tell me they don't have a right to be miffed.

Or we cut the $28 billion we spend each year on oil and gas subsidies and spend it on transition to renewables.

Tell you what Frank....if you want to live like a medieval peasant, then go buy a plot of forest up north and live your best life while the rest of us enjoy the fruits of modernity. One way or the other that shit is coming out of the ground whether you like it or not, the only question here is who gets to benefit from it. Us Canadians or the Americans

Lakes Mead/Powell are evaporating, if they drop below a certain level the turbines at the Hoover Dam will stop rotating. That's a huge problem for Las Vegas.

Warren Buffet owns the Nevada power grid, he lobbied the State to tax homeowners with solar panels. Typical billionaire scumbag.

Look... no mater what, every drip of oil in Alberta is going to be sold, for years to come. Its not really the federal government that is holding up the show. The provinces, the Indigenous treaties and every other anti group who shows up at these things causes years and years of delay to the point where costs have ballooned.. Carney i think will approve such things, but that is only a small part of it being completed.

How come you suddenly become a commie and want "The Peoples Pipeline" built when oil is involved?
