I suspect Epstein and Maxwell were running a Israeli intelligence operation to compromise rich and important people. This was done with the knowledge and cooperation of American intelligence. Virginia Giuffre was called back as a useful idiot to present a story of Epstein/Maxwell as being merely rich perverts, rather than exposing a intelligence compromise operation. Giuffre was probably promised that she would easily get $ millions in quick and easy court settlements. She was not told that they would silence her when she was no longer needed. Epstein use to host lavish parties with Sports, TV and movie people as well as people like Prince Andrew. They were used as lures to bring in the lessor known but rich and important people to be compromised. These parties also had a lot of beautiful women where some were Victoria Secrets models. The careers of high end models are short and last only for 2-3 years. These young women were probably promised entry into the modeling business if they were new, The 23-24 year old women that are over the hill will be given a gig here and there to keep them coming back. Or, there may gone to meet rich bustards or for the coke.
Epstein's mistake was that he got too close to the compromise victims and he liked to diddle the merchandise. His job was to lure the victim in. If the victim was sedated but still conscious, one or two ladies could be told to take him into a back room and take care of the victim and promised some coke. The victim is drugged and helpless. the ladies are not even aware they have participated in the compromise. The tootsies are returned to Romania.
