- does he need permission to take her away
- doesn't check owner ship or insurance
- no bullet proof vest on officer but sheriff does have one
- police car parked at angle in the middle of the road plus more
- knows her brother
- allowed to remove jewelry
- they went to the trouble of subtitle the father's voice

People have been brain rotted by watching too many clips on the internet of difficult arrests.
Police officer is a job just like any other. They want their work to go smoothly and without incident. Especially when dealing with a young person.

Speeding is speeding just luckily nobody got hurt.
funny story though - I got caught speeding twice in my life. The first time I was on my way to work so I was fully glammed up and the officer just let me away with a warning
The second time was a few years later after the first incident and I was coming home from work and I took the time to remove my makeup before going home and when I got stopped I ended up getting a ticket lol
It suck’s but it was my fault for speeding and I’m still waiting for my early resolution date up to now
