I've been to Showpark Showrooms, Showpark Market to be specific. (Showpark Davinci is another smaller location). It's like an indoor version of Amsterdam. It's nicer than Pasha in Cologne and a bit nicer than all the places near the train station in Frankfurt, but it's more like the latter...

There's an easier way. Call Koenigsegg, ask them to help your friend find a car to do a photoshoot with. I'm certain they'd be happy to help. At the very least they should be able to put you in touch with people here that can help you find a car.
