It'll never happen, and it doesn't happen, the company - OC Transpo - puts the schedules together, the drivers pick from what's available. That's the way it has always been, and that's the way it'll always be.

There's ONE driver that made over 100k last year, according to the papers.... I know a few drivers, about 90% of them work 40 hours a week, wage is $24/hour and change. Gross pay is around $50k per year. Then they have to bend over - union dues, benefit levy, pension premiums, health premiums...
