You can not trust anything his daughter says. Back a few years ago she was yapping about Canadian doctors not being brave enough to treat his father, it was weird as fuck to mix bravery and medicine together so I looked into it. Turns out that JP's cure for his drug addiction was to put himself into a drug induced coma for a month, which has a 10% chance of never waking up. He did it twice in Russia and he got brain damage and he caught covid because of it.

JP is looney tunes and his daughter is too.

Peterson is a brave intellectual, but has had bizarre health issues for years, including drug addiction, an “all meat” diet, and now “spiritual attacks” on top of hospitalization after cleaning out his father’s moldy basement.

He really did go to Russia in Jan 2020 via his daughter’s Russian husband to go into a coma to get over benzodiazepine addiction, with a ton of side effects. He had to go there because no sane North American doctor would do the treatment.

I do think he’s a genius with some addiction and psychosomatic issues, but a lot of people think he’s just an idiot who just uses big words to describe simple concepts.

Nonetheless, I wish him a speedy recovery!

Meh, he's brought more suffering into the world than can be calculated. He's made a living on being an asshole. I don't need to share my limited sympathies with someone who dehumanizes others and thinks himself greater than because he pretends to believe for profit believes in a sky daddy while living a life of greed, gluttony, wrath, sloth, and vanity.

The world would be measurably better without him in it. Call me a woke moralist if you must, but call me a woke utilitarian moralist first and foremost.

When he was a teacher, he seemed ok.
The pronoun thing appears to be the inciting moment of the spiral into his current persona, which is cruel and divisive.

and boy oh boy does the grift run strong in him…it’s in his DNA, and clearly passed down to his daughter. Don’t know what the fuck she did, but she’s out there, grifting and shilling like crazy.

We wish him well.

I don't think he's a grifter at all. He genuinely believes what he says. You may disagree with what he says and your entitled to that. But to accuse him of grifting is disingenuous.
