The most important thing is to get it done by the right doc pay the extra to get them done by someone who is reliable and that you may have a reference for. I know girls who have got bbl and implants done from places like Mexico, Columbia, DR and there not happy with the job after a few years. They went there because of the cheaper price but quality is not as good.
Sometimes quality just costs more. Always in matters like this (cosmetic surgery), get the best you can afford. Or even wait and save some. Talking about your body here, not a piece of clothing or an accessory.
Safety too. I remember years ago a Toronto SP I knew went to Latin America to get a cosmetic procedure, got an infection, and was hospitalized for a month.
Now people are going in the opposite direction.

Still researching for when I get my boobs done - I have been looking at Korea to get them done
Don’t get me wrong there are a lot of good surgeons here but Korean plastic surgeons are known for their more “natural” looking breast surgeries
They also offer free complimentary 3D imaging for size selection!

The anchor is made if you lift and have skin to remove I think. Otherwise, it should be a incision on the side. You can also consider fat transfer instead of implants.
Do not go to Colombia. Stay here or maybe Europe or Asia. If something goes wrong, which happens often abroad (saw a few girl botched), you are always better home.
Imho most men prefer natural.
So if a lady tells me she's thinking of getting enhancements, whether it be breast, butt, or lips, I suggest that if they are doing it for themselves then by all means do it, but research it well to get the best results possible.

My comment was not meant to bully you. There are so many health concerns not to do this. So make an informed choice. Introducing a foreign object into your body or undergoing any type of surgery has risks.

Don't do it, implants are overrated, what's important is how tits feel in your hand and not so much how they look. Implants feel horrible, most girls don't like it when you touch them (my guess is it probably hurts or they are scared you will damage them). What's the point of being an SP with manmades and not letting guys touch them? Naturals always win for me.
Or youll be like the girl from nip tuck and be a drug mule via your enhancements
This. i know two women who got them out due to breast implant illness. My mother had reconstructive surgery after her battle with cancer thinking it would make her feel better. It just left her more bed ridden and in pain. The weight of them and the pulling of the skin (mind you she had long radiation and scar tissue underneath). You should also consider lifestyle and your clothing options and how you sleep. Practice being back sleeper now.
This reminds me of a thread in Reddit about a couple where the husband was supporting her getting th surgery after their kids and then she was getting more attention for her enhancement and left him and he was no longer supportive and was suggesting she get them out and he like her better before

I would never personally recommend breast augmentation unless a lady has truly tiny breasts, significant asymmetry, or they're an unfortunate shape (such as tubular breasts). While enhanced busts shine when clothed, they're almost always less aesthetically pleasing when naked, whether it's due to unnatural shape or the scarring (or both). They also tend to feel much less appealing. Then you throw in the fact that you'll almost certainly have to maintain them by going under the knife again at particular intervals, plus the potential health complications...and I just don't see how it's worth it for the vast majority of ladies.
