Breast enhancements

I cringe whenever a lady tells me they're considering going under the knife. Part of me wants to scream at them DON'T DO IT! But I know it's their choice.

I know this thread is about breast augmentation, but, as a guy who loves, is actually obsessed with, big natural breasts, a breast reduction is a sin against God given assets.

My friends were so massive and kept growing she had three! She was a petite 4”8 Ethiopian with massive g/h cups and they hurt her back so much
