It does suck!! As much as the policy sucks!!! The concert in syracuse is a celebration of the dome and its 25 years. If you noticed Billy is only charging 39.50 a seat which is the same price he charged in the late 90's when he played the dome. It was AEG(billy's promoter) and Billy himself...
